By receiving this link, you have been invited to attend ISM Hospitality during the 2025 NCAA Basketball 1st & 2nd Rounds, and we look forward to hosting you soon!

Upon registering your attendance online, you will receive a confirmation email with your ISM QR Code. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive the ISM QR Code after registering. If you are unable to register online by the deadline, you will have access to register on-site at ISM Hospitality. If you have any additional questions, please contact your host or an ISM Team Member.

Please note that ISM QR Codes are only valid at the ISM Hospitality Site, Labour Temple, where our staff will issue you an ISM Wristband after scanning it when you check-in. The ISM QR Code is not valid at any spectator gates at the Climate Pledge Arena. All attendees, including children of any age, are required to possess an ISM QR Code to access ISM Hospitality.

TIP: Using your mobile phone is the only way to put your tickets into your mobile wallet. In depth instructions are listed next!

Mobile Ticket Instructions

You will be receiving your NCAA Tournament ticket as an electronic ticket on your mobile phone through Ticketmaster from your host. Please be sure to bring your mobile phone to ISM Hospitality, as no paper or printed tickets are available. If you do not have a mobile phone, please make sure someone within your group has your NCAA Tournament ticket on their phone. All phones should be fully charged because your phone is your ticket into Climate Pledge Arena.

In order to access your NCAA Tournament ticket, you will need to have a Ticketmaster account. Once your tickets have been transferred to you, you will receive an email prompting you to accept your tickets. Once you select "Accept Tickets", you will be prompted to sign into your Ticketmaster Account.

Click the link below to sign-in to your Ticketmaster account & access your tickets. You can create a Ticketmaster account by clicking on “Sign Up” underneath the Sign In button.

Parking
ISM Parking Passes are required to park at the Bay Vista Garage (148 Clay St, Seattle, WA 98121). When you arrive at the garage, you will give your ISM Parking Pass to the attendant in exchange for a validation ticket. If you are not provided an ISM Parking Pass from your host, you will be responsible for your own parking.

Drop-Off
Guests may be dropped off at ISM Hospitality as well. Please make sure your destination address is 2800 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121 and ask your driver to drop you off at the front entrance of Labour Temple.

All ISM Parking will be located at ISM Hospitality. A properly dated ISM Parking Pass is required for any and all vehicles to park. Please contact your host to coordinate transportation and parking. Guests can also be dropped off at ISM Hospitality via taxi cab, private car service, ride share (such as Uber or Lyft), etc.
